Falcon Dominator Plus G3425 Radiant Chargrill

Description

The G3425 chargrill features four heavy-duty, double-sided cast iron brander bars and cast iron burners. The radiants provide adjustable, steady heat across the wider cooking area, while the variable hob control helps to reduce energy use. The innovative design ensures optimal heat transfer and distribution, resulting in equal cooking throughout the whole grilling surface. This allows you to create delicious, fully branded cuisine. This is the smallest variant in the Dominator Plus Chargrill series, measuring 400mm wide.

The 10.8kW cast iron burner provides quick heat up and minimised waiting time.
The grease collecting dish in front of the unit collects and contains grease and fat.
Reversible, angled, heavy-duty cast iron brander bars provide equal heat throughout the whole cooking surface.
Removable stainless steel surround prevents spatter on nearby equipment. Full-width cooking area maximises output.
The full width debris collection tray below the unit collects all grease and debris.

Adequate ventilation must be provided to supply sufficient fresh air and to allow easy removal of any such products

Install unit on a level, fireproof surface in a well-lit position. If floor is made of a combustible material, local fire requirements must be checked to ensure compliance.
A clearance of 150mm should be observed between appliance and any combustible wall.
