These allow you to start mixing slowly and gradually increase the speed at specified stages, according to your recipe. This ensures consistent, repeatable results every time, with each program capable of having up to four stages for maximum flexibility.

Additionally, the 30-litre Buffalo planetary mixer’s motor is energy-efficient and belt-driven. The belt-driven design results in quieter operation compared to traditional gear-driven mixers and makes it easier (and faster) to service.
