Operation and maintenance are simple, thanks to easy-to-use dial temperature control, durable stainless steel construction, and a front-mounted drain tap for effortless cleaning.

As part of the Buffalo 600 Series, this bain marie seamlessly integrates with other items in the range, ensuring a smooth and clean work line with fewer sharp edges for added safety. The countertop unit can also be mounted on 600 Series base units for added versatility.
