This fryer is designed with ease of cleaning in mind, with durable stainless steel construction throughout and hinged elements that provide maximum access to the tanks. The front-mounted oil drain taps ensure safe and easy oil drainage. Simply open the taps, and the fryers will drain effortlessly.

As part of the Buffalo 600 Series, this double fryer integrates seamlessly with other appliances in the series, providing a tidy and professional kitchen setup. The fryer can also be placed on top of a 600mm wide 600 Series base (sold separately) for added convenience.
