Each tank is equipped with a single strong basket, providing ample frying space to cook larger items without having to remove the baskets. The powerful elements significantly reduce recovery times, so you can quickly turn around dishes without waiting for the oil to heat back up.

Constructed from durable stainless steel, the fryer is easy to clean, with hinged elements to maximize access to the tanks. The front-mounted oil drain taps ensure safe and effortless oil drainage – just open the taps to drain the oil.

As part of the Buffalo 600 Series, this double fryer integrates seamlessly with other appliances in the range, providing a tidy, professional kitchen setup. The unit can be used as a countertop appliance or positioned on top of 600mm wide 600 Series cupboards (sold separately).
