Description
The Buffalo Bain Marie is designed to effectively and reliably keep liquid-based foods, such as soups, gravies, baked beans, and hot toppings, warm for extended periods. Ideal for busy commercial kitchens, cafes, restaurants, pubs, or chip shops, this unit features two large 5.2-litre stainless steel pots, providing ample capacity for a full service.
Utilising gentle wet heat, the Buffalo Bain Marie ensures food is maintained at the perfect serving temperature without the risk of drying out or burning. The front-mounted dial allows you to adjust the water temperature for optimal food preservation. The notched lids allow heat and moisture to be retained while accommodating ladles for easy service.
Even when one pot runs low, you can quickly swap it out for another, keeping service running smoothly. The stainless steel pots are easy to clean, and they are dishwasher or utensil-washer safe for added convenience.
