Description
The Buffalo AP126 Fumes Condenser is designed to enhance the working environment of your kitchen by effectively capturing steam, fumes, and vapour from the CK110 Buffalo Smart Touchscreen Combi Oven. This condenser works by converting the exhaust from the oven’s chimney into water, which is then drained away, preventing unwanted steam and vapour from being released into the kitchen.
As an economical alternative to a full oven hood, the AP126 specifically captures the exhaust from the chimney, rather than the steam that escapes when the oven door is opened. For ovens used primarily for steam cooking, a full extraction hood is recommended to handle both the fumes from the chimney and the steam from the door.
This condenser is easy to install and comes with all the necessary fittings. It’s a great solution for keeping your kitchen environment comfortable and free from excess steam and odour.
Features
- Captures fumes and vapour from the oven chimney and converts them into water for drainage
- Prevents steam and vapour from being released into the kitchen
- Includes 3/4″ water connection for easy installation
- Note: Does not capture steam or vapour from the oven door. For complete extraction, an additional extraction hood (AP214) is required.
