The electric Falcon Dominator Plus E31014HP Oven, with two rectangular cast iron hotplates, two fast-acting circular hotplates and a big 2/1 GN compliant oven, is one of the most versatile pieces of kitchen equipment available today. The oven features five shelf positions, with two shelves included as standard, and a temperature range of 100-250°C.

Two full depth rectangular hotplates and two fast heating circular hotplates provide several cooking settings.
Hotplates are independently regulated and can be used in the same way as a solid top.
