Description

Falcon One Series induction is an affordable choice for kitchens who wish to enjoy the benefits of induction while maintaining the build quality and durability that Falcon is known for, but do not require the high power or performance of Dominator Plus equivalents.

This unit has 6 x 1.85kW heat zones that provide rapid heat and are easily controlled. When more intense heat is necessary, there is a boost function that increases the power rating of a specific zone to 3kW for a brief amount of time. A digital display on the glass indicates the setting each zone is working at, making it easy to view and modify as needed.

The hob, like all induction cooktops, has built-in pan detection, so there is no wasted energy when there is no pot present, even if the heat zone is turned on. Each zone is 180mm wide, and the hob is 6mm toughened glass, making it durable enough to handle the roughest of pan work. It is also quick and easy to clean, as spillages are simple to wipe off.

The 2/1 GN fan-assisted oven features twin doors with glass panels and two internal oven lights for convenient monitoring of cooking progress. It has a temperature range of 100 to 250°C and five shelf positions, with two shelves included.

The unit comes with adjustable feet as standard, with adjustable castors available at an additional cost.

Adequate ventilation must be provided to supply sufficient fresh air and to allow easy removal of any such products

Install unit on a level, fireproof surface in a well-lit position. If floor is made of a combustible material, local fire requirements must be checked to ensure compliance.
A clearance of 150mm should be observed between appliance and any combustible wall.
