Description
Robert Welch’s 1963 silver pieces served as the model for the Limbrey bowls. Heal’s commissioned him to create a line of table silver pieces for their London location. The objects on display were made to order from the Chipping Campden Workshop and were part of the collection that was shown at a special exhibition at Heal’s in 1964.
This contemporary version includes an 18/10 mirror-polished stainless steel body and a detachable, oiled walnut hardwood base secured in place with a magnet.
