Hand-washing your kitchen knives is suggested.
As soon as possible after using your kitchen knives, rinse them to eliminate any food residue. Wash in warm soapy water with a microfiber cloth or non-abrasive brush. Avoid soaking your kitchen knives and dry them properly after washing with a microfibre cloth.
When cleaning kitchen knives in the dishwasher, use a brief hot cycle at 65°-75°C (150°-167°F).
• Use high-quality branded all-in-one dishwasher tablets.
• Keep Rinse Aid and salt at optimal levels (for locations with hard water).
• Avoid washing with metals that are not stainless steel (this could lead to rust stains).
• Clean the dishwasher filters on a regular basis, and use a specialised dishwasher cleanser.
